INFORMATION

Under the Dobro brand, mainly resonator guitars with a body made of wood were produced, although around 1934 models with a metal body, such as the M-16, were introduced. Dobro guitars with a metal body from this period are visually distinguished for their special construction, so that the top, side and back do not have to be connected by solder.
Known as the artist’s instrument, the M-16 has engraved Dobro curls on the back of the body.
