Spruce top, maple back and sides, glued maple neck

Rosewood fretboard

INFORMATION

The Recording had five styles: A was the simplest and E the most complete. The E, which cost $175, had a neck decorated with floral patterned inlays and a carved headstock. The back cover was arched and a floating black plastic pickguard was fitted running from the neck to the bridge. However, the spruce and maple veneer body was smaller than the Gibson and sounded weak in comparison.
